Rental PoliciesRates are based on a maximum occupancy of four in a
two-bedroom apartment and two in the one-bedroom duplex. Additional
persons at the Management’s discretion may be allowed in the units &
will incur an extra charge. Persons include
infants/children/teens/adults. Please ask when you make your reservation,
we do not change the reservation details on arrival, so please ask in
advance. Violation may result in immediate eviction. Monthly rates are based on a 4 week stay. Weekend 2 night stays may be charged a supplement per
night dependant on season and availability. Holidays and premium weeks are subject to a minimum stay,
please call for rates during holidays. Rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to 11.5% Florida State tax/Manatee County Resort Tax Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 25% by personal
check with the balance due on arrival by money order, pre-approved
personal check, travelers checks or cash. 60 day written notice required for refund of deposit.
There will be an administration fee of $50.00 charged on all deposit
refunds, if less than 60days notice any loss of revenue as a result of the
cancellation is chargeable against the deposit as well as the $50.00 admin
fee. No refund will be made for Late Arrival or Early Departure or for Bad Weather. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. THE FACILITIES & APARTMENTS OF ANNA MARIA PIRATES DEN ARE STRICTLY FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Check in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:30 a.m. (Late check-outs may be available subject to charge.) Please ask. No Pets are allowed, unless by prior arrangement. Quiet time is strictly observed from 10.30pm to 8.30am. Violation will result in immediate eviction. NO SMOKING is allowed in the rooms. Ashtrays are provided
at the tables balconies and screened porches. Any violation will incur an
extra cleaning fee of $100.00 Pool hours are strictly as posted by the pool. Infants and untrained toddlers are not allowed in the pool without special pool diapers for hygiene & sanitation reasons. Any Damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to the
